*sigh* I just love this child. She is the funniest, spunkiest little cutie I've ever had the pleasure to photograph. This afternoon I took her picture along with her mom and dad. I'm sure Scott and Shannon won't appreciate me showing some of these, but I can't resist. They show a funny side of Mekenzie. This child knows her own mind, even at the tender age of 18 months.
Just for the record, getting a child this age to pose could be closely related to herding cats. ;)

I had the good fortune to photograph Mollie this afternoon. She is 34 weeks pregnant with baby Connor. We had a great time playing with different props and fabrics and taking lots of pictures. I can't wait for the baby to make his appearance so we can do it again!
I had the opportunity to photograph the family of one of my favorite high school seniors. Tori graduated this past May and is on her way to college on Saturday! She's going to Abilene Christian University and I know she will be a total success. :) Her mom, Michelle, and brother Evan, came to the studio to be in the pictures with her. Sort of a bittersweet family photo before one of those big life changes. (sniff, sniff) This is a terrifically close family and I wish them well as they begin this new phase of life!
